If you have not logged in or out for six consecutive months, your account is treated as inactive or dormant. While a dormant account holds a positive balance, we reserve the right to charge a monthly administrative fee of at least 25 EUR, or the equivalent in your account’s balance currency. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you authorise us to debit this fee from your account at the start of the month following the day your account became inactive, of which you will be informed by email. We will stop deducting the fee once your account is reactivated or its balance reaches zero.
We screen for signs of gambling addiction among our players in line with our internal responsible gaming rules and policies. If we detect signs of gambling addiction, we may close the account and suspend access to our gaming services in order to prevent the problem from deepening and to protect the player.
